🚚 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
During launches, holidays, or special promotions, shipping times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
🌾 Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
We also offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $60 — no code needed!
💌 Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on weight and delivery speed.
Once the package leaves our hands, tracking updates and delivery times are managed by the carrier.
Tatum & Twine Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
🌻 Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We’re unable to make address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.
🧺 Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
